I have worked in the TV service industry for over 25 years maintaining customers’ products and giving advice. For 23 years, I ran the service department at Whiteleys Direct until being made redundant in 2018. I was unhappy with the way modern service centres work and the type of service they give to their customers, so I decided to begin my own business to give my customers the best service possible. I strive to give customers an honest, reliable, competitively priced service.
